Check Your Training Record Here!
If you are an ACTIVE participant on The Montana Practitioner Registry:
- You will find your complete training history since your first renewal date for every year you have remained active or renewed with the Registry. This includes all approved training events, Individual Requests, college courses, and CARE courses.
- You will also find any approved training events for which you signed in with a PS number or social security number beginning September 1, 2004.
If you are NOT YET ACTIVE on The Montana Practitioner Registry:
- You will find a training record that includes all approved training events for which you signed in with a PS number beginning September 1, 2004.
- You may find some training events listed prior to September 1, 2004 that were entered as part of a field test of the online process with the 12 Montana Child Care Resource and Referral agencies.
- You must document Individual Requests, college courses, and CARE courses with hard copy certificates or other verification to Child Care Licensing at the time of your renewal.
Note: If you signed in to a training event with only a social security number and you have not been linked to a PS number in our database, those events will not yet appear in your online record unless you are active on The Practitioner Registry.
If you are required to complete annual training, be sure you or your director has reported your employment to Child Care Licensing so you will be assigned a PS number.
Note to Directors: If you enter your facility PV number, the system will pull up training records for all PS numbers of staff in roles that require annual training that you have reported to Child Care Licensing. It is very important for you to report staff changes to licensing for your facility's staff training records to be current and accurate.
