Monthly meetings are scheduled for the third (3rd) Thursday of the month. Proposals are due by NOON on the second (2nd) Thursday of the month. The one exception is during the month of March. We allow for Spring Break and therefore, during that month the meeting is the 4th Thursday and proposals are due by NOON on the 3rd Thursday.
