Purchasing Hewlett Packard (Compaq) Computers at Montana State University

HP (Compaq) computers are available for purchase by MSU departments under a program approved by the state. The program offers pricing discounts that range from 12% to 15% off the HP / Compaq national education price list. The terms and conditions of this contract were negotiated by the Western States Contracting Alliance, a contracting consortium for multiple states. HP / Compaq products available under the contract include notebooks, desktops, servers, workstations, handheld PCs, and options. In order to receive the best discount levels, purchases of HP / Compaq products need to be  facilitated by the ITC Store.  ITC will place the order but purchases will be billed by HP directly to the Department purchasing the equipment, so the ITC Store will need the Department's Billing information including the billing address for the Department and the contact information, including phone number and e-mail address, for the Departmental person responsible for accounts payable.
