Click Start, Settings, Control Panel.  Double click Mail icon in the Control Panel.

Click on E-mail Accounts

Put a bullet next to Add a new e-mail account, then click “Next.”

Put the bullet next to Microsoft Exchange Server, then click Next.

In the Microsoft Exchange Sever box, type in Gemstones, and in the User Name box, type in the username assigned to you by ITC.  Then click Check Name.

If you’ve entered the correct information, both names will appear underlined, then click Next.

Then a screen like this should appear, click Finish.

Then at this screen choose “Close.”
