An Exchange Account uses the Microsoft Outlook Program and provides e-mail, scheduling, calendaring, journaling, group collaboration and more. Using an exchange account, with proper permission, the user can access other people's calendars, journals, and address books; propose and accept meetings; and use the global address list .  In addition, the user of an exchange account can remotely access their e-mail account using any web browser (such as Internet Explorer or Netscape).
