Teach courses: Group Counseling, Counseling Children and Adolescents, School Counseling and Guidance Programs, Adlerian Psychology, and Professional Issues in School Counseling. Supervise students in Practica and Internships. Liaison for CACREP accreditation and trained as a CACREP evaluation team member.

Implemented a comprehensive guidance program. Consulted and provided counseling services to a Student Assistance Program. Designed and implemented a Peer Mediation program, conducted a two-day training for students and served as an advisor to the program. Developed a curriculum for an Advisor-Advisee program, and coordinated monthly activities for the program. Assisted writing a grant in order to build a ropes course for the school district, an adventure-based counseling program to be integrated with academic curricula.

Designed and implemented comprehensive guidance program which included classroom guidance curriculum, individual planning program, responsive services and system support components. Developed Inside/Outside classroom discussion model and trained faculty in its use. Designed and implemented a Peer Mediation program, trained students and staff. Established and coordinated a Student Assistance Program. Led numerous parenting classes and co-led an Adlerian family counseling/education program offered to Billinghurst parents. Assisted in the planning and development of a Professional Development School, a collaborative relationship between the College of Education at UNR and Billinghurst M.S. Elected president of Billinghurst Faculty Senate, 1991-1992.

Developed a pilot program for at-risk students. Counseled students in the pilot night program and students enrolled in the daytime Alternative Education Program.
