Fall 2006
This course's goal is to empower you, the student, to create Decision Support
Systems (DSS) using Microsoft Excel in combination with the Visual Basic for
Applications programming language. Decision Support is the intersection of
Information Systems and Operations Research. Given a particular Operations
Research technique, the emphasis will be to wed Excel’s functionality with
the VBA programming language to create a Decision Support System.
