100.00 AGENCY
Montana State University-Bozeman is the AGENCY. The MSU-Bozeman Purchasing
Department, herein referred to as "MSU-PD", is authorized to purchase all
non-controlled supplies or services for the University. Shawna Lanphear, Director
of Purchasing, MSU-Bozeman, is designated as the AGENCY representative and shall
represent the AGENCY.
